im looking to set our server to allow DCC sends to a specific file size. For example setting DCC sends to the server so only a 1 meg file or less can be transfered and anything over 1 meg will be not be allowed.
Just wondering if this can be done with Unreal3.2.1

rehashing a .config file
ok working with the spamfilter.conf and badword.conf doing some major editing to the config file and rehashing the server.
is there any way to rehash those config files?

While running Unreal3.2-RC2 is there a way to edit (not Add) the MOTD files with out restarting IRCD
