i also have this line:

added this too ircd conf file:
except tkl {
mask *@*.qwest.net;
type gzline;
type gline;
type qline;
type gqline;
type shun;
};
but services is still able too set kline is there a way too exempt that as well?

im running red hat 7.3 and get this error on ./Config
