my bad.. its modules.anope.org i mixed up 
Anyway thanks... If anyone could point me to something which is equivalent to such modules... i will still appreciate it lolz

Problems with CS_INHABITREGISTERED .... modules
I recently installed cs_inhabitregistered modules on anope-1.7.2 and Unreal3.2 when i modload it it loaded just fine.
