wot ?

hey i just need some help i have changed somethign in the config and i dont know what all users opers and non opers see wallops i have the connect block set to

modes-on-connect "+ixw";
modes-on-oper "+xwgs";
oper-auto-join "#opers";
auto-join "#help";
dns {

so i dont see why non opers can see ...

hey im wanting to see the users that are connected to my ircd when i try as netadmin privs i get this message USERS has been disabled
is there a way to turn this on in the config file or something as i need to be able to see the users .

hi ok i got the ircd runnning fine but no services do i need a sepreate services program like the old unreal or is it built in as a modual sorry for the N00b QUESTION IF I NEED AN EXTERNAL SERVICES PROGRAM WHERE CAN I GET IT FROM OR IF I NEED A SERVICES MODUAL WHERE DO I GET THIS FROM ANY HELP IS ...
