I suppose you are the type of person who would like to block /version and then simply forgets the other super-simple way to see the version. no syzop i'm not.. On a sidenote, it seems you are contradicting yourself? no! it was only a example for the service or Ulined server like stats irc defender ...

is the host something like this :

someISP.123456.my.dom.com you can try this too :

hmmm ...try this with Mirc :

raw *:* { if (($numeric == 229) && ($2 == F)) { spamfilter del $3 $4 - - $10 } }

put in your remote save , then type on irc /spamfilter

(I've not test it but should work :p)

check your --> firewall/router and try to start Anope in debug modus

for *NIX

./services -debug

win

services.exe -debug

and look at your log for errors ....


EDIT :

dns {
nameserver 192.168.1.x; <--- ??
