i have tried with anope and auspices, same thing,

i have searching on google, and i have founded epona, my only problem is " *** LocOps -- Link denied for services.crosys.mine.nu([email protected]) (No link block named 'services.crosys.mine.nu') [@161.53.201.4.40647] "

i don't know why is that, i need help, somebody help me
