Its about J-Service whats Equal to Q, L, S, B.
I developed it for years and its damn stable running with Linux, Mac, Windows using the MONO Port.
Maybe you'll have a look at the command list to see what you forgot.

I cannot suggest to use BOPM as its matchmask is too hard.
For example it bans a dynamic IP of a great german internet provider
*.t-online.de

Hey, you can now download version 1.1 with full support and documentation. I work currently on a very detailed explanation of the plugin system. An example is already available inside the package. hello, you are right with the flood issue but it does not disturb j service much. imagine raw irc commands do not only contain flood modes in row as the deamon uses multitasking when setting modes. so in between j service works on with normal functionality and will not stop due to flood issues. i al...
