Nick in Quit Message = Possible?

I was just wondering if it is possible or not to add things like nickname in quit messages. So we can have a message like

NICK quitting NETWORKNAME - Custom Message Here!

Or something very similar.

Random Quit Messages.

I know this sounds funny but is there a way we could have random quit messages for every user? Like maybe one day it says, "I'm leaving." then another day it says, "Gone be it!"?

Is there anyway to make IRCop Status allowed to only SSL users? So if your on a normal port it will give some kind of error that you need to be on an SSL port. I am concered because the person who runs my IRCd uses ettercap which I also like to use but appearntly it can read IRC ports very nicely. M...

Is there a way to say who joins what channel?

I know there is any user period to join a channel and there is any oper join a channel but is there a way to say I want a Global to join #Globals and Admins+ to join #Admins and Net Admins to join #NetAdmins?

Is there an except kill?

I am looking in the documentation and I see except ban and except tkl. I see except tkl but don't really understnad the need for except ban then unless except ban is a more simple version. But it looks like I excepted my self from all possible kinds of bans. Now is there a way to except from /kill?

Weird rehashing error

I never have a problem with /rehash.
But if I do ./unreal rehash from any of my 3 servers usally it works. But Sometimes it will work on one server, then not another. Linux PC busy or something?

TY but

ok the +L makes sense but I see its if the +l is exceeded of that channel, in QuakeIRCd its just if you join the +Led channel no matter what you join the other channel.
