Is it possible to make use of variables in the config ?
this would be very neat if that would work, then you could just make 1 config for
all the leafs on ur net
and just change 1 variable at the top of the file ( the ip )
and add o-lines if needed and it would work
if it aint possible could that ...

this is probably an easy question, tho i've searched this section
of the forum and havent spotte the answer
anyways
some botnet owners arent very bright and use the same real name on each of their bots
so spamfilter is able to get the using the the realname
lets say the realname = evil botnet ...

a person & me from some irc net (runningUnreal3.2.1) might have discovered a bug
maybe this isnt a bug or maybe its been reported allready
or maybe it has a reason
but check this
when a channel op bans a user's ip , then it will only work if the user's host ISNT resolved
if /whois info shows ...

pingfreq vs connfreq
i've recently joined the staff of a net of +1500 users total
and round 20 ircds (3 of them are hubs)
all leafs autoconnect to either one of the hubs
and i've noticed some weird netsplits
ircds splitting then reconnecting to another hub , but then get rejected cause they still
exist on their previous ...
