Restricting usermodes

I'm looking for a way to restrict users from using specific usermodes or making same modes for opers only. is there a quick and easy fix for this?
Thanks

Thanks, was hoping would be easier *Laughs*. Think I will make a txt file instead and load it manually if the need arises, will just have to keep up on the listing as it changes

Spamfilter db location

I may be overlooking this, but I cant seem to find the Spamfilter database with the filters/regexp's we created anywhere in the Unreal main dir. I would like to back these up so we dont have to re-create in the future.
Anyone point me to the correct file? Thanks in advance

session limits

try this
/os userlist

u will probably see the nick in that list that is getting session limit killed and will see them 3 times. use /os killclone nick and it will kill all images of that user, then /os akill list and remove from akill list /os akill del [number]

this should fix it
