That wont work, because its on a *nix box with multiple IPs (30)

I'm trying to link Anope with UnrealIRCD (I've done it many, many times before) but I seem to get an error;
[12:01:05] (9:12:16) -hub.BLAH.org- *** LocOps -- Server services.BLAH.org[SOMEIP] closed the connection

Failed to uninstall UnrealIRCd NT Service - The handle is invalid.

Ok... mmm- I'm trying to install Unreal without the installer
I have all the required files that the install contains but Unreal will not start.. I just get a service error- is there anyway I can get Unreal to work without using the install?
