Actually the ircd was closed when I did this.

The problem occured when I tried to start it.

Hmm... managed to start it now after I edited something in config that I even forgot... well anyway thanks for help again.

In the Set, I suppose you mean where all the other modes are defined.

Well that didn't work, maybee I did something wrong.

I did like this:


set {
kline-address "bla.email";
modes-on-connect "+bla";
modes-on-oper "+bla";
modes-on-join "+nt";
oper-auto-join "#opers";


P.S! I know the code ...

Now i've got another problem I can't solve...

its that when somebody joins a channel it should allready have some modes like etc +tn

But I couldn't see anything of this in the config and in your faq...

Somebody plz help??

Hmmm, now another problem

I got +m in the channel but I got this local or global thing called "IRC" announcing what non voiced ppl say.... really irritating... tried check the faq's but couldn't see anything bout it.

Well I joined a chan and I want to op myself, I am network administrator but have only used bircd b4 . And there was a simple cmd for that, /opmode. But that doenst work in unrealircd.

So How can I op myself?
