After painstakingly finding the right version of GCC, I recieve this error:

checking for gcc... gcc
checking for C compiler default output... configure: error: C compiler cannot ceate executables


I am positive that GCC is installed.

/usr/bin/cc
/usr/bin/gcc


Here is my $PATH:

/usr/local ...

...
I'm assuming he meant local channels as, "&channels".
I'm 99% positive that Unreal doesn't support &channels.

I have tried using the command /msg BotServ BOT, but I get an "Access Denied" error.
OperServ says that the services-admin and services-oper list is empty, but that cannot be true because:

We have done everything we can.
We even put our masked/unmasked, !*@* format, every type imaginable, yet it still does not give us netadmin, let alone any of the flags.
