thanks, but that dosen't help much.
all the idea was to use a java interface with an encoding so useres will not be able to see the encoding.
I know it can be achived in confrence room, just hoped that it will be able here also.

preventing useres from using whois
Is there a way to prevent normal useres from using the whois command and providing this privilege to ircops only?

help with removing ircop from system
somewone has managed to add ircops on my irc server using ADDLINE
is there a way to undo that without getting inside the linux and deleting those lines?
I also found that my ircop password dosen't work anymore and by doing /stats o i found that someone made 3 ircop useres with the same name
