I doubt if without modifying source.

You shouldn't -need- to disable it. If you can't trust your opers to not play with stuff after you tell them not to, they should -not- be opers.

Your running your main server, and backup server from the same machine?

Uhm... Yep. I agree. Pointless.

Dunno on the numeric, but the text was for better grammer it seems.

Why does it even matter? 99% of the people won't care.. Only the ones who use fluffy whois things and junk. Works fine for me

As it's been said, If Services are connected to your network locally, then there is no way someone can "sniff" your password. Especially if you're connected to the server as an SSL Client

The differences are many.

The only way a user can use IPv6 on your network, is if their ISP allows IPv6 I believe (Not sure on this, cause I've never touched it)

Google for IPv6 if ya wanna take a look at the changes

I assume you could... But I don't see why.. Theres not many compiletime options for anope.. Best to just use the preconfigured packages at http://windows.anope.org

Uh.. Were you actually banned from the UnrealIRCd network? (irc.ircsystems.net?) or were you banned from some network that runs an Unreal IRCd?

And remove that Autoconnect in the options block.

Never ever autoconnect to services.

Maybe I'm not getting it, but from the quote of 2812 there..
For the message to be syntactically correct, there MUST be
either one channel parameter and multiple user parameter, or as many
channel parameters as there are user parameters.
^ Looks like it does -say- it rather than suggest it?

SAMJOIN/SAMASSJOIN or something similar

I don't believe theres anything similar to this, but it would be highly useful to my network (at least)

A command that allows you to sajoin or sapart groups of people separated by a comma..

Example: /sajoin #ChannelBill Nick1,Nick2,Nick3,NickX

Would join all listed to the channel... Possible?
