Hello,
I have a problem that I never have seen before.
When I type /cs HELP it goes out like a global message to the channels, which never have happened before. Is there something I can do to prevent this, and just get it up in the status window as it always have done :?:

I have just changed my nick on my network, but I can no longer do anything in OperServ such as Add Admin in there. I have also changed my root nick in services.conf and O-Line, but still no luck. The message I get when when I type:

Yes that's right aquanight, but when I in the first place posted this, it was for a question how it could be used on an IRCd, since this script was made for IRCx which is totally different from IRCd. I'm atm reading the docs for Unreal and I have a question regarding to IP bans.
In the example it says:

Does that means you actually can ban an IP that way or is it just to show how it has to be set for the rest of the numbers in that IP like:
