im using Anope 1.7.3, when i load the module called " hs_autohelp.dll " my whole services just shuts off and i cant load that... any idea why or how to fix this problem?

when i try to open my wircd, it opens but then exits automatically.
so i checked the logs and it shows this
[Tue Jan 11 16:17:11 2005] - Failed to load SSL private key server.key.pem

so i really dont know what happend! help me out here

in Anope servcies, how do u get all the user's nick passwords? those ones which are registered? can you get them without using super-admin? cause i seem to forgot my nick's pass and i cant recover that :S

do i have to enable anything?
