u/someone may want to go and post about this to the SQL and anope team, perhaps a fix could be done, i dont see it being any fault of unrealircd

Bein an oper does not make you an op in all the channels. Opers are not gods. I think you need to learn more about IRC... Yea i know i am still learning and have a long way to go , however i do thank you for your help.......Can you tell me more about "God" Status? and what that does and how it work...

an Oper is a Server Operator, thus as stealth says, does not make give u ops in all channels, you may add the can_override flag to your oper block to op yourself in channels but this is not the point of it.... Also, if u do set the can_override flag, you WONT Need to be opped in every channel becuz ...

sounds like a simply job, if u use servcies with defcon a simple services module could do all the work :D

actually, you dont understand the problem...

A CTCP is a character sent INSIDE a command

the request is sent via Privmsg
the reply is sent via Notice

this is why the spamfilter is blocking the notice... this is ur problem.
