A user flooded the channel with notices.
Does someone know how I can disable the noticing of channels?

Couldn't open "unrealircd.conf": No such file or d
For some reason, after ./Config && make (and even make install, though I don't think you need to do that with Unreal), there was no unrealircd.conf to be found.
Could anyone give me a link to the default unrealircd.conf file? Thanks
