Ch1 has about 200 users, Ch2 has about 800 users.

/rehash throttles
Hello again
Is it possible to rehash throttles in Unreal?
The command I am used to in other IRCd is: /rehash throttles
Are throttles rehashed with the standard /rehash command ?

Detecting users not in channels
Hello,
Is there any simple way (without using Raw319) to detect a user connected to a server, but not in a channel?
In some IRCds there is a command:
/msg operserv notinchanlist
