Unable to resolve hostname.

Since I've reinstalled UnrealIRCd, (to fix a /rehash crash) the IRCd is unable to resolve hostnames.
Users get this message on connecting:

*** Couldn't resolve your hostname; using your IP address instead

This also makes connecting very very slow. How to resolve? Does someone know?

Okayy, I'm running Windows XP Home Edition and UnrealIRCd 2.3.2.
I'm totally noob when it comes to module compiling, or any Linux terms.

Wouldn't it be better for Opers to bypass any channel modes? I mean, why could an IRCop being banned on a channel? I just don't understand why? It says:
*** Notice -- unrealircd.conf:1: loadmodule modules/joinpartsno.dll: failed to load: Kan opgegeven module niet vinden.

He can't find the module, but I'm 100% sure I configure my conf correctly :)

Modules for Win32...

Hi, I've found a module for UnrealIRCd which I needed, but it was for UNIX and not for Win32. I was wondering if there will be a Win32 version available of module joinpartsno.c, which can be found on the site. :)
