This might be a totally noob question, but how do i stop non-opered users from using +s in their usermodes?

so there is no plan for module development for something like this? I am not talking about a notice, but maybe a raw modification in /list or something see what which server a channel was created on

Which channel is owned by which server?

Is there a way to tell which channel was created on which server? Like maybe a command, then you enter a server name and it lists all channels that were created by someone on that specific server of the network.

Reviving cmdshun

On Angrywolf's website he has his cmdshun, which could work in certain situations when you still want the user to talk, but not perform some other commands, while disciplinary action, or such. I remember when I tried to compile that module with 3.2.3, I get an error about conflicting raw numeric ass...
