1) How to make this ip from irc.domain.net to redirect to any random ip or the most nearest area/server connections? Example, redirecting irc.domain.net to server1.domain.net, or server2.domain.net, or server3.domain.net. 2) And also, redirecting port 6667 to any random port such as 6660, 6661, 6662...

Fix your firewall settings or unrealircd.conf either its SSL or not, corrected port or not, corrected ip or not, etc.

No, I think its not because of firewall. If firewall cause a problems, the error message should be: Connection reset by peer or maybe Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)

Its maybe because of unrealircd.conf configuration files or maybe IRCD.

Booting an UnrealIRCD with OpenSSL supports failed

So weird, my UnrealIRCD 3.2.3 and 3.2.4 doesnt run with OpenSSL. If NON-openssl Supports, its can running. I've already paste the *.dll stuff from libcurl, zlib and openssl into Unreal3.2 folder. Hello,

Can you (coders) make enable/disable option to use mode ~& (+qa) in a channel, but nevermind if +qa cannot be removed but just replaces the ~& prefix in a /whois and channel nicklist to shown likes @.
