Ok how do i get stats and so forth and pull certain things from IRC and the IRCD config file and then display them in php or store them in a database?

Hello all,

I am quite new running an IRC server, i was wondering how would i make any IRC operator automatically joins a channel (even if that channel is already created by a normal user) the IRC Operator then automatically becomes a channel operator.

Do i need to set some special stuff up or ...
