Thanks for your reply, unforunately the server/network admin is off for a business trip and I don't have any means to upgrade it.

I'm a SA on Fussi's servers, running using unreal 3.2.1 and ircservices 5.0.48. For some reason, people joining channels no longer get any auto-ops, or any such, and when I attempt to re-add them, I get a Channel #channel is not registered.
