Setting environment for using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 tools.
(If you have another version of Visual Studio or Visual C++ installed and wish
to use its tools from the command line, run vcvars32.bat for that version.)

1. Start the Visual Studio NET Command Prompt
2. Go to your UnrealIrcd to dir (like: CD \dev\unreal3.2) and then compiles with: nmake - f makefile.win32 This will generate to wircd.exe and unreal.exe
3. Copy the src\win32 ...
