my os FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE-p7

im running unreal on fedora core 4 . now i cant setup m_ircops
it shows

[raj@server Unreal3.2]$ make custommodule MODULEFILE=m_ircops

im running unreal on fedora core 4 . now i cant setup any module

it shows
