i have read all about it , and been asked if we have to add any modules to unreal so they can connect/ http://wirelessirc.sourceforge.net/ i read it all other than using a proxy(8080) or port 6667 and tomcat (port) there should be no reason why they can't connect other than not having the software ...

If you use Anope Services and define HelpChannel. Any OP in that HelpChannel will get usermode +h automatically. 8)
