Please try the following below:
/msg ChanServ set #channel xop off
/msg ChanServ set #channel secure off
/msg ChanServ levels #channel set autovoice 0
#Channel being the channel name you are setting it on
This will setup your channel for auto +V

I would try setting it up as listed below
listen *:6667 { options { clientsonly; }; };
listen *:6697 { options { clientsonly; }; };
listen *:7000 { options { clientsonly; }; };

I have mine set this way and it works well.
listen *:4400 { options { serversonly; }; };
listen *:6663-6669 { options { clientsonly; }; };
listen *:7000 { options { clientsonly; }; };

Yep it look like it's running on Vista since XP doesn't have problems with Unrealircd. Individual should see my post dated 31st Dec 2007. That should help him sovle his issue.

Please read the post "Permission Denied" in unreal 3.2 suuport dated 31 Dec 2007. I explained how to set up Vista to get it to work. That should help you. Please let us know if it does. Have a nice weekend.

NeoX, There are a few things you need to do to get it to run correctly; 1. You must be and Administrator or have adminstrator right to begin with. 2. Add yourself as administrator to the unrealircd folder. 3. In the unrealircd folder find unreal.exe and wircd.exe, right click on them select properti...

Fusion1337, If you could, please let me know what version of Vista you have to start and it's current configuration of unrealircd. There are a few things you will have to set to get it to work correctly in Vista. I have unrealircd 3.2.7 working well in Vista Ultimate. So please reply so that I might...
