Well, you also can do that WITH the message of spamfilter..

If i put a warn on the action it says to the user:
PRIVMSG Command processed, but a copy has been sent to ircops for evaluation (anti-spam) purposes. [Reason]
But I want to remove that message so they don't see anything.

Is it possible to add a word in the spamfilter config and not to do any command on it.

The best way to do this would probably be adding a feature on a website to request access or report the lack of access for IP ranges.
