At the time I'm wrtting this reply.
The old Unreal IRCD 3.2.4 running well with Anope 1.6.4 around 20 hours.
Nothing cause of any problem.
I'll try to use the latest Anope as you mentioned above.
The resut will be reported again.

I was tried to run pure UnrealIRCD without Anope 1.7.13
And it work so well.
So it may cause of the problem of Anope version 1.7.13.
I'll try to downgrade to version 1.6.4 which they said it is stable.
The result will be reported.

I've got "Cannot accept connections:Invalid argument&am
I'm running Unreal3.2.4 with Anope 1.7.13
Twice a day I get message like this when I try to use command "/oper"
and the Unreal IRCD runs 99% CPU.
