ok manage to connect to ssl line,forgot to include + infront of port number :/ but still wondering why iam failed when /rehash -ssl ?

other strange one,if i connected on the ssl line,and doing /rehash -ssl , it can be loaded without error , but when i was connected on the normal line it show the ...

whenever i stop my unreal service
unreal cann't load the ssl certificate
with this error :
