You can't. Changing that stuff would break clients, as it is all needed for the client to know what do do when it connects. Thats the silliest thing i've ever read, of course you can change it. ChildOTK, edit the ircd.motd file (in your Unreal dir), that contains your "Message Of The Day".

chat logging?

I have been asked to set up an IRC server for a private corporate environment and one of the requirements is for chat logging, I looked thru the Modules and wasn't able to find one that does this.
Does anyone know of a module that will log all chat messages (including privates)??
