i noticed that unreal does not support the /names command. is there any command i can use to display all users logged in?

I tried turning off individual snomask options and even turned them all off (/mode myname -s) and i'm still getiing server notices

Hi!
When logged in as operator, we are constantly getting notices "ie. [13:40] -irc.bookit.com- *** Notice -- Connection to irc.ressystem.bom[69.73.40.171] activated.) as well as notices everytime somebody logs in or out. Is there anyway i can turn that off?
