I have lost the password to unrealircd bug tracker account. The ridiculous side of that, before i lost my password, i've changed my domain. Anyway, Can anyone help me to retrieve my tracker password?

yep, a permanent module problem. You need to use "HOOKTYPE_REHASH_COMPLETE", in order to prevent this problem. Just reoverride your commands in it.

Sure, you can. But at least, you must have some coding skills. Also 3.2's module architecture is easy understandable. (take a look at: http://modules.unrealircd.com/ and m_template.c)

The gcc's 4.x versions still labelled as prerelease.So, you might as well try with older gcc versions.. (with gpp sure) Besides that, you can try to hack u4's configure script as well.But this is not recommended.
