i have noticed that on Unreal3.2.7 , when some one have IRCOP only status he can see the real ip address of the network admin for example if he made a whois on the network admin he can see the real ip address which is killer is connecting from *@1xx.xx7.1xx.xx4 1xx.xx7.1xx.xx4 the qustion ...
