Ok, I added the extra }; and I'm getting this:
-irc.sri.com- *** Notice -- error: set::default-server is missing
-
-irc.sri.com- *** Notice -- error: set::network-name is missing
-
-irc.sri.com- *** Notice -- error: set::hosts::global is missing
-
-irc.sri.com- *** Notice -- error: set::hosts::admin ...

What do you mean by set block, I'm sorry, really new to this

Im sorry guys, I have been all through here, and found nothing, and I have tried everything and looked over the file many times, but it hasnt worked.

Im getting this:
