Flood Message Notifications
I know that the snomask flag to see flood messages is +f. But when someone remotely floods and I have the proper snomasks and more then enough oflags I still can not see remote flood messages. Is there an additional flag that I am not aware of, or is this being taken into consideration on ver3.3 ...
