It's not really that I don't "trust" them... it's just the flags are useless to them... why be able to rehash without access to make changes to the config files... certain things like that. The few people I have as opers I trust, I just wan't control of certain things to be placed in the h...

Ok I wasn't exactly sure where to post this so I guess here is as good as any (feel free to move the topic if needed)...
