Minor visual trouble : the menu links don't keep the "active" background when you are on the corresponding page, but when you use the history back they do. I cannot test the module section yet, gonna do that tonight :) It's currently intended to not have an 'active' class on the 'active' ...

Fixed. We somehow got wrong checksums at our database, the files are OK.

I think this is a very useful module. That way, people that spam channels or whatever can be suspended, and that way he can still visit 1 channel where he can chat with other people (like ##spam-channel , etc) and still can /query other people he knows, until his suspension expire. Unreal's link::quarantine used to work, but has never been a fully functioning feature. HOWEVER, since you are looking to block ONLY netadmin access you're asking for a pointless feature.
