Server Wide/Network Wide - User Specific Nickchange ban

Okay, we know there is a extended channel ban ~n:*!*@* for a channel, but how about some sort of command to ban a hostmask from changing names?
I dont think I have ever seen a module that does this, I think this would be a good idea for a module or addition to unreal.

Any comments?

I think he is talking about, when you connect to the server, the "auto-join" setting, instead of one specific room, make it random...So you join a different room each time you connect...

I would use joinpartsno.c aka Join/Park Snomask module... It adds a snomask for opers +J, and notifies you when someone joins/part's a room... If no1 makes a module, you could always use this, then use a script to parse it... Example notification: -irc.server.net- nick (nick@adsl-97-124-33-121.dsl.h...
