how to you get the nickserv and chanserv services to work i need to know asap

i also just copy the example.conf

i am getting theses errors i did read the doc.

[error] unrealircd.conf: Unexpected EOF for variable starting on line 1
[error] Could not load config file unrealircd.conf
[error] IRCd configuration failed to load

what do i do
