Well, now we know that is not a OS problem. Somebody can help us?. I think that there are a bug in the new version.

Actually, unreal has not installed as service. We uninstalls follow the instructions and stop service with the command unreal stop and others, but unreal don't start. Thanks.

Yes, i reinstall about five ocassions and the unreal are downloaded from official web (unrealircd.com)

Please, i use windows version, and i need compile joindeop.c but i don't know. Only information that i find, is about linux and the "make custommodule" commands.
