I've decided to go with 6.2.3-rc1 and it is working.
I would have preferred the Stable version, but I am sure this Release Candidate (RC) will be sufficient for my needs.
Thanks.

[Windows] UnrealIRCd 6.2.2 - Missing RPC modules (message.dll & security_group.dll) in fresh install
I finally decided to perform a fresh installation of UnrealIRCd 6.2.2 today (I was previously using 6.1.5).
I performed a fresh installation from the official site, which I have done several times in the past. However, this time I am encountering a problem: the IRCd will not load or connect. The ...

Re: Help me understand reputation scoring.
Ah, that's unfortunate - I was hoping the score wouldn't reset, especially since they’re already identified with NickServ.
Thanks for clarifying anyway.

[SOLVED] Help me understand reputation scoring.
In the documentation, it says:
"Every 5 minutes, the reputation module will increase the score for all connected IP addresses by +1."
It also states:
"If the user is authenticated to services, they receive an additional point, so +2 in total."
What exactly do you mean by "services"? If it’s ...

[SOLVED] Illegal characters for Nick ?
I see the "Important Notes" section here: UnrealIRCd Nick Characters , which clearly states:
" "The following basic nick characters are always allowed/included: a-z A-Z 0-9 [ \ ] ^ _ - { | }
Nicknames cannot begin with number or / "
So, I thought I'd use a - in my nickname, but I'm getting this ...

Error Renaming .. File exists
Setup fresh IRCd on my Windows 10 - haven't managed/ran ircd for a while but thought I'll come back and try again.
Done the unrealircd.conf - IRCd running with no issues.
Only problem is, I'm seeing now popping up every 5 mins showing this
*** [warning] [tkldb] Error renaming 'data/tkl.db.tmp ...

Re: Channel Mode +u
I've tried that before, it doesn't work.
I know I have over 20 users and I can't see who comes in and out of the room, etc.. kinda annoying not knowing if they're there in the channel or not
*FIXED* - Didn't realise that I have to be a channel op as well!
All good now, thanks.

[FIXED] : Channel Mode +u
When I set the channel mode to +u in 1 of the channel, then I re-join the channel and I see no one in the nick list.
Is there's a way to view the nicklist since I have an Oper/Admin rights?
Because of this, I'd like to know who is in the channel or not.
Hope some of you can point me to the right ...
