ok i fixed my problem thanks everybody for help.. there was some unknown problem in my test pc...
after installing unrealircd on my server computer everything worked fine...

whole day i searched on forum + google but wasn't able to find solution to my new problem.
some users on my Chanel are ...

1> you really shouldn't PM people without permission.

sorry ...

2> I connected just fine.
3> What I seen was not Unreal3.2

true i used "joinme" as a reserved server
what can you say about my config file is everything done correctly ?

I'm 100% sure that everything is ok with my port :) i'm not newbie

5 minutes ago i even switched one of my game servers to irc port and people connected without any problem

Hello i'm using version 3.2.8.1 on windows server 2003
my problem is that i can't connect to my irc server from outside computer.

1)on localhost (127.0.0.1) everything works ok
2)port is forwarded
3)firewall is dissabled
4)there are no errors in my log file
