and do i need to pay for . irc.mynamehere.com ???? do i need to pay at all for in order to have my irc ?? do i need to use shell ??? what happens after i connect anope and unreal ?

i am at the part where you combine anope with unreal i think. i open unreal and i see , server 1 , and theres is no users no other things. i now i think i should do the connection between anope.. but i dont know ...
