Had a IRC server 8+ years ago,*TRYING* to start one again, i am a bit rusty and simply cannot figure this out:


* Loading IRCd configuration ..
* Configuration loaded without any problems ..
* Initializing SSL.
* Dynamic configuration initialized .. booting IRCd ...
