I known, Vista !!!!... But Since the installer Being Update i Can not install the unrealircd-4.0.xx from .exe file
i have have unrealircd-4.0.9 work/install Great

Does Exist the package With out Installer ,....

Some web page IRC server have a Display Showing Stats of:
Channels Active with users inside of each Channel
REgistered users
unrefistered users
Existent links With name of Server

Can unrealircd can do that With some Allready exist Script
