Normal Clients Permissions?
Hello everybody, I tried to setup my own IRC server/chat. This is working pretty good right now. I have changed the config file so everybody that connects automatically gets in a channel. but if no OP is in this channel and the client joins as the first person it will be the OP of this channel/chat....
