You could probably use this configuration option: https://www.unrealircd.org/docs/Set_block#set::ban-include-username That way doing /gline nickname would include the sid|uid of the user in the ban, converting it to sid|uid@IP/hostname Still, the best option is to ban manually (isn't that hard to c...
